How it works: You need to go to a big box store, but are not sure what part or tool you need, where it is, which particular item or size you need, or how it all works to address your need. We’ll meet you at the store, show you around, find what you need and explain how it all works, and get you to the check out counter. Theoretically with a minimum of frustration.
We provide this service in DC at the Home Depot on Rhode Island Avenue NW, and the Lowes off of New York Avenue/Rt. 50. More details on this service will be coming soon.
Guide rates: First 30 minutes: $50. Each subsequent 15-minute block: $15. There is a 30-minute minimum and no maximum.
